Social Networking survey
This survey was created using the “Surveys” plugin. It’s fairly easy to set up and use, but the default question options are radio buttons only. So the user may only select one from a set of answers, rather than making several choices with checkboxes. Also, the survey results are only available to the administrator, so the user cannot see how they “scored” after they’ve completed the questions.
On the plus side, There doesn’t seem to be any limit to the number of answers any one question can have. The user can add as many answers as are appropriate as choices for that particular question. There is an option provided at the end of the survey for the user to provide their name and email—linked to their results—so the site admin can contact them in response to their submission.
